Complaints Policy

If something doesn't go the way you expected, we want to hear about it.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

How to raise a concern

Call 208-934-0622 or email contact@affordablehealthcareidaho.com. It helps to tell us your name and best contact, roughly when you spoke with us, what you expected and what happened, and what outcome you want. Please don't include medical details or account numbers. You'll never be penalized for complaining.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge it within two business days, from a person, not an automated reply.
  2. We look into it, including our notes and the people involved.
  3. We respond in writing within ten business days with what we found and what we'll do. If it needs longer, we'll say why and when.
  4. We check back to confirm it's resolved.

If you're still not satisfied

Ask for the complaint to be escalated to Graham Kerswell, the founder, who will review it personally.

You can also contact outside agencies at any time; using this policy first isn't required:

Concerns about a sharing program's or plan's decision should also be raised with that program.

Not advice
This page is general information, not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Prices are examples, not quotes; they depend on your household and can change. Affordable Healthcare Idaho is not an insurance agency and does not sell insurance. We help individuals and families explore alternatives to insurance, including direct primary care, health care sharing and discount plans.
