Privacy Policy

What Affordable Healthcare Idaho collects, who receives it, how it's used, and your choices.

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Who handles your information

Affordable Healthcare Idaho is a website that helps Idaho households compare alternatives to health insurance. Inquiries from this site are received and handled by Beacon Health Benefits, the advisory firm that calls, texts or emails you back about your request. When this policy says "we," it means Affordable Healthcare Idaho and Beacon Health Benefits acting on your request.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form, call or email, we collect what you choose to share, usually:

  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • Your ZIP code and town
  • Household details that set prices: who needs care, the oldest person's age, tobacco use, and when your current plan ends
  • Anything you write in the message box

Please keep messages general. You don't need to describe medical conditions to ask a question, and please don't send Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers through the site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site records basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site or search that sent you. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

Call and form tracking

We use a call and form tracking service to learn which pages produce inquiries. When you call a number on this site, that service may record the number you dialed, your number, the date, time and length of the call, and the marketing source of your visit. Calls may be answered by an automated virtual receptionist and may be recorded; you'll be told at the start of a recorded call.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and arrange a phone conversation
  • To explain the options that may fit your household and give you prices
  • To follow up on a conversation you asked for
  • To keep records of our communications
  • To measure which pages and sources bring inquiries, and improve the site
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations

Calls and texts

By submitting a form you ask Beacon Health Benefits to contact you about your request by phone, text or email, which may include automated calls or texts. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase; you can call us instead. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask us to stop calling at any time.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With Beacon Health Benefits, which receives every inquiry from this site and handles the callback.
  • With your permission, with a program or practice you ask to join (for example a health sharing program, a primary care practice or a discount plan), limited to what's needed for that request.
  • With service providers that run our hosting, forms, call tracking, email and analytics, who may use it only to provide those services.
  • For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • In a business transfer, if the business is sold or reorganized.

See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for how we may be paid.

Your choices

You can block cookies in your browser. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it; we'll do so unless we must keep a record for legal reasons, and we'll tell you if so. Marketing emails, if we ever send them, include an unsubscribe link.

Children

This site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect what you share and limit who can see it. No system is completely secure, so share only what's needed and use the phone for anything sensitive. We keep inquiry records for up to five years after our last contact, or longer if the law or a program's record rules require, then delete or anonymize them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.

Not advice
This page is general information, not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Prices are examples, not quotes; they depend on your household and can change. Affordable Healthcare Idaho is not an insurance agency and does not sell insurance. We help individuals and families explore alternatives to insurance, including direct primary care, health care sharing and discount plans.
